I am Will Allen, founder of Liaison Community Management and Board Member of the Community Consultants Collective. I lead partnerships and programming within the Collective while working directly with founders, associations, and enterprises on everything from community ideation to ongoing management. This is not just my work. It is my passion.
I started Liaison because I believe real connection changes everything. My goal is to help founders, associations, and creators to stop broadcasting to their audiences and start building communities where people genuinely belong. Every community I build is rooted in strategy, driven by purpose, and designed to grow. Because when people find their people, everything else follows. My goal is to make our work collaborative, simple, and life-changing for future members. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can connect with like-minded individuals and thrive on their own journeys.
